2. Data We Process & Purposes (Firebase Auth & Realtime Database)

A. Anonymous Player Identity & Optional Account Linking (Firebase Authentication): We do not require your name, phone number, or physical address to play KOR: Singularity. By default, player progress and ELO ratings are associated with a random anonymous Firebase UID. If you voluntarily use the "Link Account" feature to back up your profile across devices, your email address is processed solely for authentication via Firebase Auth.

B. Multiplayer Matchmaking & Telemetry (Firebase Realtime Database): Global ELO ratings, matchmaking queue state, hex move coordinates, and network latency (PING) are processed strictly to provide real-time multiplayer synchronization and anti-cheat verification.

C. Local On-Device Preferences (SharedPreferences): Your selected language (TR, EN, DE, ES, RU), audio/haptic settings, equipped board theme, and offline puzzle progress are stored locally on your device.

3. Hybrid Matchmaking & AI Bot Transparency

To prevent long queue times, our matchmaking service queries active human players first.

If no human opponent within a compatible ELO range is found within average wait thresholds (approx. 6–16 seconds), a balanced autonomous AI opponent matching your skill tier may be assigned. Bot matches protect competitive rating integrity.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob & UMP) and Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

We use Google AdMob (google_mobile_ads SDK) to display advertisements in the free version of the app (no ads are shown to Pro Pass or "Remove Ads" owners).

On iOS and iPadOS devices, we request permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before accessing the IDFA identifier. If declined, non-personalized ads are served without restricting gameplay.

Players in the European Economic Area (EEA) and UK can manage GDPR consent via the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can review or update your ad consent preferences anytime via in-game "Settings -> Privacy & Ad Preferences".

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions (RevenueCat, Apple StoreKit & Google Play Billing)

All financial transactions are processed directly by Apple App Store or Google Play Billing. RedLight Apps never accesses or stores your credit card or billing details.

RevenueCat (purchases_flutter SDK) processes only an anonymous App User ID and digital purchase receipts to validate entitlements and enable "Restore Purchases" across devices.

6. Account & Data Deletion Rights (Apple Guideline 5.1.1(v) & Google Play Data Deletion)

You have full control over your data and may permanently delete your account, ELO history, and all associated cloud/local data at any time through either method below:

1. Instant In-App Deletion: Open the app and go to "Profile -> Delete Account & Data" or "Settings -> Delete Account & Data". Confirming deletion immediately erases your profile node in Firebase Realtime Database, deletes your Firebase Auth record, and clears all local device storage.

2. Web / Email Deletion Request: If you no longer have the app installed, you can submit a deletion request via https://redlightapps.com/en/account-deletion or email support@redlightapps.com / info@redlightapps.com.

7. Data Security & Children’s Privacy

All network traffic is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 / HTTPS. We do not knowingly collect personal identity information from children under 13.

1. License Grant & Fair Play Restrictions

RedLight Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use KOR: Singularity on your mobile device for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

Reverse engineering, decompiling, using automated bots/exploits, or manipulating the online ELO matchmaking system is strictly prohibited.

2. Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms (Apple Guideline 3.1.2(c) — Singularity Pro Pass)

KOR: Singularity offers the following auto-renewing subscription plans:

• Singularity Pro Pass (Monthly) [kor_pro_pass_monthly]: $2.99 / Month (or local currency equivalent displayed in your store). Grants ad-free gameplay, 2x Pro Pass XP multiplier, exclusive seasonal cosmetic rewards, and unlimited KAHN post-match analysis.

• Singularity Pro Pass (Annual) [kor_pro_pass_annual]: $19.99 / Year (or local currency equivalent displayed in your store). Includes all monthly Pro Pass benefits with annual savings.

Billing & Auto-Renewal Rules:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store (iTunes) Account or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, identifying the cost of the renewal.

• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

3. Subscription Cancellation & Restore Purchases

You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your store account settings:

• Apple iOS / iPadOS: Settings -> [Your Name / Apple ID] -> Subscriptions -> KOR: Singularity -> "Cancel Subscription".

• Google Android: Google Play Store -> Profile -> Payments & subscriptions -> Subscriptions -> KOR: Singularity -> "Cancel Subscription".

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; partial refunds are not provided for active periods.

• Restore Purchases: You can restore active subscriptions and permanent cosmetics across compatible devices anytime via the in-game "Restore Purchases" button in Settings or the Shop.

4. Non-Consumable In-App Purchases

• Remove Ads (Lifetime) [kor_remove_ads_lifetime]: $4.99 (or local store equivalent) — Permanently removes banner, interstitial, and app-open advertisements.

• Obsidian Gold Theme [kor_skin_obsidian_gold] & Deep Void Theme [kor_skin_deep_void]: $1.99 (or local store equivalent) — Permanent cosmetic board themes providing zero competitive advantage.

5. Hybrid Matchmaking & AI Transparency

Live human matches are prioritized in online queues. When wait times exceed reasonable thresholds (approx. 6–16 seconds), balanced autonomous AI opponents may be assigned to ensure fluid gameplay.

6. Apple App Store Supplemental Terms & Governing Law

If downloaded from the Apple App Store, this Agreement is concluded between you and RedLight Apps only, not with Apple Inc., and Apple’s Standard EULA (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) applies as a baseline.
